The Process:
Kickoff Meeting
We’ll sit down and discuss your goals and objectives of how you’d like the e-newsletter template to look. It can be helpful to bring examples of other email newsletters you enjoy to give me an idea of the aesthetic you are trying to achieve.
Email Template—First Draft
I’ll create an initial draft of your email template that will be built in your existing email marketing software.
Edits
Two rounds of edits are included.
Final Approval
Once we sign off on the design of your email template design, you’ll be all set to create beautiful email newsletters!
Campaign Creation + Deployment
The Process:
Receiving Email Assets
The process starts by emailing me your company’s e-newsletter copy and assets.
Email Draft Creation
I will then create a draft of your e-newsletter using an approved e-newsletter template. (If you don’t have an e-newsletter template in place, please first consider purchasing a template design package.)
Edits
Two rounds of edits are included.
Deployment
I will send the approved email out to the appropriate email lists upon your approval of the email newsletter.
Reporting
A week after the email deployment, I will send you a copy of the e-newsletter report.
